Estate Agency .......

 

Branch Administrator/Sales Chaser 14-17k (full time)

We are looking for a Branch Administrator to work within our Winton office to support the sales team and oversee the administration function.  You must be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and people skills and be extremely organised and efficient. Previous experience within the industry would be preferred but not essential. 

 

Senior Sales Negotiator or Branch Manager
 
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record within the industry to carry out viewings and valuations and oversee the running of 1-2 branches. They must be self-motivated and hardworking with all the abilities expected of a sales negotiator as described in the position below

 

Sales Negotiator - £15-30k pa O.T.E

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident and hardworking individual with drive and determination who is keen to succeed within the Estate Agency industry. They must have the ability to communicate well with people over the phone and face-to-face, and will be working in a target-driven environment. Own car required initially although car may be available to experienced candidates. Petrol and car allowance after trial period. No experience necessary.

 

Lettings.......

 
Accounts Administrator/Property Manager - £14-18k pa (full time)

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual with proven abilities in administration, to assist our team within our busy Moordown branch. You must be computer literate with good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with clients face to face and over the phone. You must be confident when working with figures and experience would be beneficial. The role is extremely varied with time shared between accounts functions and interactive property management. This is a fantastic opooprtunity for the right individual who is looking for a career and the opportunity to progress. You must drive and have your own car.


Lettings Administrator - £13-16k pa (full time)

We are seeking an organised administrator with good interpersonal skills,  to work in our busy Moordown offce. You must be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with people at all levels.  Working in the student sector of administration and property management, this role is varied and will involve some interactive property management, where you will need to drive and have your own car.


Future positions......

 
General maintenance & board person

We would be interested in employing someone on a part or full-time basis who has the ability to carry out all general maintenance at our rental properties and deal with the erection and collection of our For Sale/To Let boards. Inventory Clerk/Administrator

We would be interested in employing someone with experience in dealing with inventories for Lettings to work in a role involving carryiing out inventories at our Lettings properties and carrying out other administrational duties.
