St Quintin & McConnell Letting Agents were established in 2002 and we have grown from strength to strength having doubled our business two years running in 2005 and 2006.
We believe this is a direct result of our personal service, having built close relationships with our Landlords, establishing exactly what their individual needs are and working with them to create results. We also offer a far more pro-active approach than our competition and believe in exploring different ways of increasing our applicant register as well as our property register. Our services are flexible with three levels to suit our clients’ needs including tenant find, rental collection and full management.
With six stylish local branches, all in high street locations, and all open six days a week we register a high volume of applicants allowing us to not only let your property quicker but have a better choice of tenant.
